Monitored and reported on the Sales Leads from the "800" telephone
number, maintained the Broker Databases and verified correct Brokers for
Rate Proposals.
_ Using DBASE4 maintained databases and generated reports in regards
to Brokers, Managed Care performance, New Product Offerings. Had
telephone contact with Broker and Sales Representatives.
_ Using the AS400, prepared the Daily Leads on telephone inquires
regarding new business and subsequent queries.
_ On Lotus, logged in Rate Proposal Request for New Business to ensure
that the proper Broker is credited and receives the appropriate

_ Using Multimate, prepared Boiler Plate letters for standardized sales

_ Using DBASE4's Application Generator, prepared a Network Project Log
for the department that the layman could use.
_ Using Lotus with Allways, prepared a Call Activity Report so the Sales
Directors could monitor the Sales Representatives time usage. In
conjunction, I trained two clerical people on the use of Lotus and
Allways to maintain this report.
_ Introduced the department to the following software programs: 1)
CLEAR+ FOR dBASE - to Tree Chart and Flow Chart dBASE, Clipper and
Foxbase Programs; 2) Procalc - A 3-D Spreadsheet program that readily
interprets data from different perspectives; 3) Grammatik 5 -To
improve the quality of letters and memos: 4) Time Line - To monitor and
improve project scheduling; 5) CC Plus -To automatically produce
schedules in calendar format.
_ Completion of Advanced DOS course given by Computer Applications

Report for the Plan. Traffic Manager for the flow of data through the

Using outside package program, generated confirmations and trial
balances. Performed EDP Audits on the computer center. Headed and
assisted in audits in all other areas of banking as well. Received
Certificate of Completion of the Computer Auditing Seminar sponsored by
the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, Washington, DC.
_ Using COBOL written package audit program, generated Trial Balances
and Confirmation requests.
_ Ran EDP Audits on bank's Computer Operation Center
_ Headed and assisted in Audits in all other areas of banking.
_ Had the vendor flow chart the audit package program to facilitate my
making changes to the coding.

In a capstone course at Seton Hall, served as President and acting Vice
President of Marketing. Assisted the Treasurer in preparing the Capital
Budget. "Company" earned one and one half million dollar net profit for a
simulated three year period of operations.
COMMUNITY Former Director of the Middlesex/Union County Chapter of Mothers Against
Drunk Driving(1987-1991)
ACTIVITY:
_ Initiated a Direct Mail Campaign focused towards the municipal leaders
in our area. This resulted in our chapter donating 15 Passive Alcohol
Sensor flashlights to local police departments.
_ Suggested to MADD National the establishment of an umbrella
organization to focus public attention on all the ills caused by
alcohol, exposing the public to the full impact that alcohol has on our
society.
_ Critiqued to our national President: Micki Sadoff, her appearance on
ABC's Nightline Program, suggesting that in the future she includes
visual props to help "sell" her points to a national television audience.
I also recommended to her that MADD target market it's campaign
against drunk driving in much the same fashion that Anheuser-Busch
differentiates its drinking consumers.
